Each of our projects has a site manager and dedicated project manager who will be your main point of contact from start to completion. AFTERCARE
We are fully committed to supporting our clients beyond the completion of their projects, offering a comprehensive range of maintenance and property management services.
Our involvement doesn’t end when the building is finished. As part of our dedication to exceptional service, we provide all clients with a 'defects liability period,' commencing on the agreed completion date of the project. During this period, typically lasting between six to twelve months, our team or the relevant subcontractor will address any issues related to the work we’ve carried out. For ongoing support, this period can be extended through our bespoke aftercare maintenance contracts, tailored to your specific needs.
Additionally, we provide each client with a comprehensive handover pack, containing all essential documentation related to the project. This includes user manuals for appliances, electrics, plumbing, and sanitary ware, as well as a full set of drawings. Our goal is to ensure that you are well-equipped to maintain and care for your new home with ease and confidence.
